2013 State Connections April Edition
Change or die is a reality in the business world today. You don't have to look far to see how the mighty have fallen, e.g. a once commercial giant like Kodak; a household name that is no more.
Churches also have a shelf life if they don't learn how to change; to answer the questions that society is asking in 2013. One of the hardest things about being used by God is that you have been used before. When we see God move, it is natural to assume that this is the way He works, but we do so to our peril. Leading change can't be overstated as an important skill in the hand of the effective pastor.
