Pre-registration of Children and Youth is essential in order to provide the legal requirement of ratio of kids workers.

A FULL CHILD/YOUTH ENROLMENT/PERMISSION FORM also needs to be completed and returned to the State Office before the commencement of the Conference to finalise Child/Youth registrations. Please go to the Children/Youth Program section to download these forms.

Junior Hero'z - 3.5 to Prep

REFUND POLICY

Any cancellations made before 31st August 2013 will incur a $30.00 administration fee per registration. Cancellations made from 31st August 2013 onwards will not be refunded without good cause.

The cost of a registration for the Conference does not include GST as the Conference is considered a ‘Religious Service’
